Raspberry Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150 g 0.33lbs Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 30 g 0.066 Almonds
  • A couple of Lemon catnip leaves

Instructions

  1. Raspberry mint smoothie is easy to prepare. Its preparation only takes 3 minutes.
  2. Put a handful of almonds in a blender and cover it with 1dl of lukewarm water. Turn on the blender and mix until the almonds are finely ground and the water turns white.
  3. Then add a banana, raspberries and mint. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes or until a smooth, pale pink mixture.
  4. Serve the smoothie in a 0.5l glass and decorate with a couple of mint leaves.

Recipe Notes

Raspberry mint smoothie can be prepared in the evening and stored in a refrigerator until the next morning, when we can drink it for a fast breakfast.
